Multilingual Citizen Platform for 500,000+ Foreign Nationals
A production-grade multilingual citizen-services platform deployed on a compliant government landing zone — serving half a million users in eight languages.

The Challenge
A nationally-critical government services platform had to serve roughly 500,000 users, integrate with multiple ministry systems, support 8+ languages (including Hebrew, English, Russian, Amharic, Thai, Chinese, Filipino), and meet the strictest government security and accessibility standards.
The Architecture
What we built.
Compliant Cloud
AWS Landing Zone deployed to government compliance requirements — private networking, hardened environment, fully infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
Multilingual Stack
Responsive citizen-facing site plus mobile apps, fully localized in 8+ languages, WCAG 2.1 AA + Israeli Standard 5568 accessibility.
Ministry Integration
Microservice integration with the population registry, interior ministry systems, and payment providers — TLS mutual auth, idempotency, retry logic.
Business Value
What changed for the customer.
- Live production platform serving ~500,000 foreign nationals with direct access to passports, visas, entries/exits, deposits, and employer data.
- Significant reduction in in-person visits — digital self-service handles the majority of common flows.
- Third-party penetration tested against SQLi, XSS, CSRF, DDoS — cleared and continuously monitored.
- A reference architecture other ministries can copy, accelerating broader public-sector modernization.
