National Patient Platform Across 30+ Public Hospitals
A full-stack, production-grade patient experience platform deployed across a national public hospital network — bridging patients, families, and clinical teams with full EMR integration.

The Challenge
A national public hospital network needed a digital platform to bridge patients, families, and clinical teams — with tight integration into two central EMR systems, full government accessibility compliance, and the reliability standards expected of nationally-critical healthcare infrastructure.
The Architecture
What we built.
Mobile + Web
iOS + Android apps (React Native) plus a React web admin dashboard for clinical staff — Hebrew and multilingual support, offline-capable.
Microservices Backend
Node.js microservices on AWS ECS with Auto Scaling Groups behind Elastic Load Balancers; RabbitMQ clustering for async communication; MongoDB + S3 for binaries.
Regulated Integration
Microservice-level integration with two central EMR systems and a national time service, AWS Cognito identity, third-party penetration testing, WCAG 2.1 AA + Israeli Standard 5568 accessibility.
Business Value
What changed for the customer.
- Platform live across 30+ government hospitals, serving hundreds of thousands of patients, families, and clinicians.
